比起「城市琴人」這個唱片公司取的名字，我還比較喜歡鋼琴詩人這個稱號。Daniel的聲音其實不是我會喜歡的那種有些壓扁式的嗓音，然而，卻跟他所具備的滄桑感十分搭配。
Daniel算是一個大器晚成的音樂人，因為Bad Day一曲開始發光時，他也已年過30了。據說他小時候是學小提琴的，卻因此被同儕欺負才放棄了古典樂；雖然有才華，卻又因表演時太過害羞，所以拖到現在......真是個有趣的人。而且，他還因有閱讀障礙，所以不喜歡讀譜，喜歡用自己的方式演奏，這不正是通俗故事中典型的天才嗎？！XDDDD
我覺得Free Loop(我喜歡這首的音樂，不喜歡歌詞)的MV倒是很能描寫他的經歷，那個眷戀著鋼琴至今的男孩。

「我從不知道自己在彈奏什麼，只是跟隨腦海裡的動聽樂音，然後繼續彈下去。」—Daniel他的歌批判、諷刺的色彩其實很強烈，像是最近配合汽車廣告猛打的Free Loop分明就是一首兩個人都出軌的歌嘛！可即使如果不仔細聽，不明白他創作時的想法，我想大家依舊會被其常有輕快或活潑的曲風所吸引。(Free Loop搭配的廣告還滿溫馨的，除了廣告中男女主角各自有著自己對車的幻想外，我不太明白那跟歌詞裡的情境有何關係 XD)
