回到原本的主題，Daniel Powter首張同名專輯(當然，名稱就是Daniel Powter，很多人簡稱DP :D)，是張於2006年摘下全球專輯冠軍的作品，一出道就能有這樣的成績，讓人驚豔(音樂好自然賣的好，跟年齡無關 :p)。不過就外表而言，我還真好奇他摘掉毛帽是什麼樣子！

有人說，若 James Blunt是吉他詩人，那 Daniel Powter大概是一位遊走街頭，觀察人們生活的鋼琴詩人吧！(DP的JIMMY GETS HIGH可聽出兩人的相似性)
要說DP裡的代表作，那非Bad Day這首Daniel Powter的成名曲莫屬，其實大家應該都有聽過(那時廣告打得很兇，它當時也長踞歐洲單曲榜冠軍)，可MV的部份大概就沒那麼熟悉。白話來說，故事內容就是西洋版的「向左走向右走」吧！雖然老梗，可我依舊喜歡這種兩人時差半小時的拍攝手法。Bad Day這首歌要講的當然不僅是向左走向右走那樣淺白的愛情，聽歌的人或許可以從明白他所講述的現代生活觀，並看到自己的影子。
最後，推薦Bad Day是因為我常在覺得疲憊時聽這首歌，似乎會覺得心情好一點，一方面也是因它在DP裡比較屬於POP的歌。還有，我真的無法抗拒他的嗓音！XD (歌詞我在此就不翻了，請各位慢慢體會吧 :))附帶一提：
MV中的男女主角塗鴉功力也太厲害了吧！看他們畫畫是我很喜歡的橋段。還有，我很欣賞適合夾髮夾的女生。最後，男主角被那對老公公老婆婆閃到時，我不禁噗嗤笑了出來，我能體會那種心情 XDDDD。
